This newly remodeled, three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is located on the 11th floor and can accommodate up to 10 people. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and offers stunning views of the beach and ocean. Enjoy the resort's oceanfront pool deck with palm trees, a lazy river, and a kiddie pool with a mushroom waterfall. There's also an indoor pool and hot tub.
NOTE: Sand Dunes North Tower Roof Replacement Project will be from February 6 - March 1, 2025. Resort will have some road or walkways closures around the property. They will be onsite Monday-Friday anywhere from 7:30am-6:00pm and potentially on some weekends. Please be aware that there will be noise during the day while resort is working on this project.
Note: Motorcycles are not allowed at the resort's parking.

I've been vacationing in the Myrtle Beach area since I was a little girl. I grew up in rural North Carolina, visiting Myrtle Beach on our family vacations and loved every second. Currently, my husband and I own a high rise condo in Raleigh, NC. When we started looking for investment properties, we considered Myrtle Beach and found affordable oceanfront properties combined with fun amenities like pools, hot tubs, and perfect views of the Atlantic Ocean. We love Myrtle Beach because the palm trees in the pool area give a tropical feel, without going too far from home. We have one little girl and our condo is our other pride and joy. I am excited to help you have a perfect vacation and hope our condo can accommodate your needs. My husband provides our website and advertising for our family business and I supply all the comforts of home.
