This is a very CLEAN condo and is located on the 9th floor with direct oceanfront views with a private balcony. Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, There is also a washer and dryer in this beautiful condo, not to mention FREE WIFI! This condo is located in the Windy Hill area of North Myrtle Beach. Perfect for a private, quiet family or group getaway! This condo is very close to golf courses, dinner theaters, entertainment, and shopping. This condo is close to everything while remaining private. This resort has an indoor and outdoor oceanfront pool, kiddie pool, and hot tubs! FREE WIFI! Note: No motorcycles allowed on the property. Note: Parking lot #1 closure - Lot #1 must be closed for several days until the generator project is completed. ALL vehicles (including covered spaces) must be moved to Lot #2 by Sunday night at the latest.

I've been vacationing in the Myrtle Beach area since I was a little girl. I grew up in rural North Carolina, visiting Myrtle Beach on our family vacations and loved every second. Currently, my husband and I own a high rise condo in Raleigh, NC. When we started looking for investment properties, we considered Myrtle Beach and found affordable oceanfront properties combined with fun amenities like pools, hot tubs, and perfect views of the Atlantic Ocean. We love Myrtle Beach because the palm trees in the pool area give a tropical feel, without going too far from home. We have one little girl and our condo is our other pride and joy. I am excited to help you have a perfect vacation and hope our condo can accommodate your needs. My husband provides our website and advertising for our family business and I supply all the comforts of home. Our time is spent planning our next real estate purchase, building websites for clients, working out, playing with our daughter, reading, and cooking new recipes.
