It is tastefully decorated with upscale southern charm furnishings and beach decor. Unit has Granite countertops in kitchen and bathroom. The updated kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, range, microwave/range hood, coffee maker and a dining room table for meals.
This sixteenth floor penthouse unit provides awesome views of the beach and the city. Additionally, there is a large swimming pool and Jacuzzi located on the 10th floor.
