This remodeled unit is equipped with all the modern conveniences you could need, including a four-burner cooktop, a full-sized refrigerator, and contemporary faucets. The kitchen area, adorned with granite countertops, creates a welcoming space for cooking. Your home away from home offers ocean views from the living room and a private balcony. The one-bedroom oceanfront condo, which underwent renovations in 2020, features a newly furnished kitchen, vinyl plank tile flooring, and can sleep up to four guests. It includes one bedroom with a king-sized bed, one private bathroom, and an open living area with a Murphy bed that adjoins the kitchen.
The remodeled kitchen comes complete with new cabinets, granite countertops, and a full-sized stove. It is fully stocked with all the essentials you might need during your stay, including pots, pans, glasses, utensils, a cheese grater, cutting board, can opener, knives, coffee maker, and vegetable peeler. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the living area, which includes a dining table with two chairs and an accent chair, all providing ocean views.
Step out from the living area onto the balcony, where you can enjoy your morning tea or coffee while taking in the refreshing sea breeze and the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean. I've been vacationing in the Myrtle Beach area since I was a little girl. I grew up in rural North Carolina, visiting Myrtle Beach on our family vacations and loved every second. Currently, my husband and I own a high rise condo in Raleigh, NC. When we started looking for investment properties, we considered Myrtle Beach and found affordable oceanfront properties combined with fun amenities like pools, hot tubs, and perfect views of the Atlantic Ocean. We love Myrtle Beach because the palm trees in the pool area give a tropical feel, without going too far from home. We have one little girl and our condo is our other pride and joy. I am excited to help you have a perfect vacation and hope our condo can accommodate your needs. My husband provides our website and advertising for our family business and I supply all the comforts of home. Our time is spent planning our next real estate purchase, building websites for clients, working out, playing with our daughter, reading, and cooking new recipes.
