This 3 Bedroom Oceanfront Condo is on the 3rd floor. View the ocean from the private balcony, Situated in Avista Resort, North Myrtle Beach, this suite sleeps up to 12 people. It has modern cabinets, full-sized refrigerator and granite countertops, and a washer/dryer in the condo. Close to House of Blues, Alabama Theatre, and Tanger Outlets, there is an onsite restaurant and direct access to the beach from the resort. Come see why we love this suite.
This newly remodeled unit is decked out with all the modern conveniences: Four burner cook-top, a full-sized refrigerator, and modern faucets. Granite Countertops align the kitchen area. Welcome to your home away from home with a large balcony to enjoy the ocean view from. Our one-bedroom oceanfront condo on the 3rd floor sleeps up to 12 and has one bedroom (two beds), one private bathroom, and a separate living area (with a murphy bed and sleeper sofa), which is open to the kitchen. The remodeled kitchen has everything including new cabinets, granite countertops, and a full-sized stove. The kitchen is also stocked with any items you might need for your stay including pots, pans, glasses, utensils, cheese grater, cutting board, can opener, knives, coffee maker, veggie peeler. The kitchen is open to the living area which includes a dining table with 4 chairs.
From the living area, you can walk out to the HUGE balcony and view the ocean and pool area. This is our hot spot for morning tea or coffee while you inhale the salt air in the mornings. The bedroom has two beds and includes bedding and pillows. The bath has a large sink and a large garden tub.
We want your stay to be comfortable and fun, so we provide toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and dish towels so you can start your vacation right away.

I've been vacationing in the Myrtle Beach area since I was a little girl. I grew up in rural North Carolina, visiting Myrtle Beach on our family vacations and loved every second. Currently, my husband and I own a high rise condo in Raleigh, NC. When we started looking for investment properties, we considered Myrtle Beach and found affordable oceanfront properties combined with fun amenities like pools, hot tubs, and perfect views of the Atlantic Ocean. We love Myrtle Beach because the palm trees in the pool area give a tropical feel, without going too far from home. We have one little girl and our condo is our other pride and joy. I am excited to help you have a perfect vacation and hope our condo can accommodate your needs. I want your experience to be perfect and would love constructive feedback to make your vacation even more enjoyable. My husband provides our website and advertising for our family business and I supply all the comforts of home. Our time is spent planning our next real estate purchase, building websites for clients, working out, playing with our daughter, reading, and cooking new recipes.
