Conveniently located just steps from the NEW Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and only one block from Family Kingdom Amusement Park and the 2nd Avenue Fishing Pier, this condo is also a short drive away from popular attractions like Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium, and the IMAX Theatre. Many of the area's popular restaurants, golf courses, and shopping venues are easily accessible as well.
The beachfront resort offers an abundance of amenities, including indoor pools, a lazy river ride, a spacious pool deck, and social areas. I've been vacationing in the Myrtle Beach area since I was a little girl. I grew up in rural North Carolina, visiting Myrtle Beach on our family vacations and loved every second. Currently, my husband and I own a high rise condo in Raleigh, NC. When we started looking for investment properties, we considered Myrtle Beach and found affordable oceanfront properties combined with fun amenities like pools, hot tubs, and perfect views of the Atlantic Ocean. We love Myrtle Beach because the palm trees in the pool area give a tropical feel, without going too far from home. We have one little girl and our condo is our other pride and joy. I am excited to help you have a perfect vacation and hope our condo can accommodate your needs.
