Centrally located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, this condo allows you to relish ocean views from your private balcony or unwind by the beachfront pool. With proximity to attractions like Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium, and other popular dining, golfing, and shopping spots, you'll have endless entertainment options. The beachfront resort offers abundant amenities, including indoor and outdoor whirlpools, a spacious pool deck, and inviting social areas. The indoor pool with ocean-view hot tubs adds to the allure. Plus, enjoy the added perk of complimentary WIFI! Effective March 1, any COMMERCIAL GUEST will be charged $20 per night for a parking pass and door key card. If they choose not to purchase, they can simply park in the City parking areas. Sea Mist will be towing vehicles this year that has no parking pass. *RESORT WIFI and CABLE ARE CURRENTLY BEING WORKED ON. YOU MAY NOT HAVE WIFI and CABLE DURING YOUR STAY.

I've been vacationing in the Myrtle Beach area since I was a little girl. I grew up in rural North Carolina, visiting Myrtle Beach on our family vacations and loved every second. Currently, my husband and I own a high rise condo in Raleigh, NC. When we started looking for investment properties, we considered Myrtle Beach and found affordable oceanfront properties combined with fun amenities like pools, hot tubs, and perfect views of the Atlantic Ocean. We love Myrtle Beach because the palm trees in the pool area give a tropical feel, without going too far from home. We have one little girl and our condo is our other pride and joy. I am excited to help you have a perfect vacation and hope our condo can accommodate your needs. My husband provides our website and advertising for our family business and I supply all the comforts of home.
